Why is Peter the local pub paedo more likely to go to prison than Greg, the establishment fixture, who'll most likely die of old age unprosecuted? 

WHAT WE TYPICALLY THINK

We say some of these scumbags are lucky because they're never brought to the attention of the authorities. But, after committing such highly sensitive, vile offences it affects people; we take action—some of us come forward. Quite often the police know.

So, yeah. the offender will probably end up known to the old bill. Family or friends often strike out at the accused, you know how this goes. The process gets initiated. Sadly, as we've seen on TV and socials; when the offender has wealthy or powerful connections it can change things.

THE PROTECTION MECHANISMS OF PETER, THE LOCAL PUB PAEDOPHILE:

No institution: He pulls pints, pervs and pisses off the patrons. 

Local Cover-Up: No one moves him to another pub to protect the theology or reputation of the beer. He'd just be sacked. 

Duration - Operates 0-3 years before being caught. 

When Exposed: Police called within days/weeks. Arrest immediately. 

Prosecuted within 6-18 months. 

Prison sentence served in full. 

PROTECTION LAYERS:

No pub will fight to handle the allegations 'internally'. They don't pay quiet settlements to families, this is a pub. 

That's it, all the protection, except for the bog standard legal support. When he's publicly exposed, its straightforward: nicked, tabloid coverage, prosecution, prison. 

PROTECTION MECHANISMS OF GREG THE SHADY GUY IN THE GOVERNMENT:

LAYER 1: INSTITUTIONAL DEFERENCE

IICSA found 'overt and direct deference by police towards powerful people'. This came with the conscious decisions not to investigate because of profile/position. 

Police literally don't investigate when the first complaint of this kind arrives. 

Consider Savile: Multiple police forces received complaints, took no action. 

LAYER 2: ORGANIZATIONAL REPUTATION PROTECTION

Imagine top tier powerful elites bound in transgression. Absolute vested interests in suppressing scandal that can bring them all down. We know this dynamic. Dame Janet Smith found BBC culture of 'not complaining' and 'atmosphere of fear' prevented staff from reporting Jimmy Savile. 

Internal complaints got buried by HR/legal departments. 

If you complained you were pressured to withdraw. 

LAYER 3: ELITE LEGAL DEFENSE

Greg has the top law firms on tap. His peers can offer more provision if required. 

Immediate response to an allegation:

Intimidation lawsuits against any accuser. 

Defamation threats to media, reporters, news. 

NDAs with settlements. 

Gagging orders. 

LAYER 4: WEALTH INFRASTRUCTURE

Epstein deliberately had multiple properties across jurisdictions for legal reasons. 

Private transport to reduce witnesses. 

The rich try to buy victim silence. 

Prince Andrew gave £3-12 million as a settlement to Virginia Giuffre. King Charles supposedly lent him the bulk of the funds. 

LAYER 5: CELEBRITY BUFFER/PUBLIC DISBELIEF

Sometimes there is a 'national treasure' element to a high profile offender which can create a touch of cognitive dissonance. They said Savile groomed the nation, do you remember? Britain felt cheated. The public couldn't initially believe he was a pervert. 

I used to watch Rolf's cartoon club, dark fucking awakening. Point is, in many cases, this shit can make media a tad reluctant to publish stories without proof. 

LAYER 6: POLITICAL/INTELLIGENCE INTERFERENCE

In Westminster, Geoffrey Dickens gave Leon Brittan 40-page dossier on 8 prominent figures; dossier 'not retained,' 114 documents went missing. Why?

The Kincora boys hostel in Belfast was plagued by child abuse, but MI5 blocked investigations.

Cyril Smith oddity: MI5 seized police dossier, Lancashire Police claimed 'lost'. 

D-notices, national security claims, files classified for 75-100 years. This isn't what causes paedophile circles, it sustains them, but we are getting closer. 

LAYER 7: NETWORK PROTECTION/MUTUAL BLACKMAIL

Elite circles protect their own. 

Kincora boys are allegedly supplied to politicians and terrorists for blackmail purposes. 

Kompromat systems (Nexus collateral model). 

'If I go down, I take you with me' leverage. The transgressional bond, bound by sin. 

Some folks still think there is one massive circle overarching all the other ones, and it's understandable, given how powerful a circle can become. Just take the NXIVM CULT (Nexus). It operated 1998-2018, the leader was Keith Raniere who was sentenced 120 years for racketeering, sex trafficking, child exploitation.

However, Allison Mack was an actress from the same cult and famous for her role in Smallville! She received 3 years for racketeering and recruitment. It can seem like everyone is connected. 

Even R. Kelly had an enterprise from 1990s-2019. He got 30 years federal plus 20 years for racketeering, sex trafficking minors, child pornography. There is no evidence of co-operation across these groups. The real answer is simpler and scarier. 

THE DISCOVERY: IT'S ARCHITECTURAL

Let’s draw our attention to Dolphin Square in the UK.  

The harsh fact: 1,234 flats, MPs, MI5/MI6, royalty as well as BBC personnel all in one building. This certainly wasn't an accident; the very architecture created daily proximity, informal networks, shared amenities, meaning it was easy to do the crimes. The Dolphin Square was a cluster: Westminster, intelligence, royalty and media, all within 3 miles. 

THE PATTERN REPEATS

In the US we see different clusters like Epstein's Palm Beach/Manhattan, R. Kelly's Chicago, but they didn't interlink this way because there was no architectural or institutional bridge between them. Unlike the Dolphin Square, yet all of them networked in a similar manner. 

THE UNSETTLING PART: EPSTEIN'S MISSING FILES

Such protection measures do work through the UK; we know key Epstein files have popped in and out of existence, who is to say they're not being suppressed at highest levels? We can only guess who and what connections are being hidden. 

CONCLUSION: CLASS SUPREMACY IS THE FERTILE SOIL. 

This is what causes abuse to last 20, 30, 50 years. The lone council estate pervert with great police evasion skills can't last that long! Charisma will only get you so far. Bigoted class supremacy is the culprit. Don't confuse this with wealthy people in general, instead turn your attention toward the supremacist of wealth; when Peter the pub paedophile is born to the top percent, classist supremacy enables silver spoon offences. 

The class supremacist holds a concentration of power and they sit at the top of their hierarchy. Protected by the social insulation, they believe they are superior to those below their station. Imagine the unprincipled narcissist who's privileges compound delusions of superiority. Eventually, within the high echelons they reign, doing what they please. 

Regardless of religion, colour, culture or nationality, if you are of lower class, you are a lesser human. Prestige, power, wealth is the provision to fulfil the wishes of devious personalities. The Epstein Files show such conspiracy in emails with Bannon, discussing Farage and Ferrari. Epstein planned to become too politically big for jail. If successful, he would have continued abusing lower status children but more empowered. 

We have found an abundance of dark triad traits in positions of power and leadership roles. Class supremacy increases inequality, and it would, wouldn't it? It values itself above all other classes. Historically, class superiority created hierarchy, in the UK, it also prevented the unity of white and non-white working class people—today the upper class inherit optimal education and career options. Just over a decade ago, Cameron pushed anti-immigration rhetoric, his 'swarm' remark, paired with media stigmatization of the working class, framed classist narratives and austerity to working class divide society, reinforcing elite power. 

This isn't a polemic against any ethnicity, it isn't even a charge against status, but an observation of the lowest attitude in the highest of places—class supremacy. An attitude. Historians like Eric Williams argued that slavery was originally an economic system—early capitalism depended on it. 

He said racism developed from racial ideologies used to justify capitalism, not the other way around.
